Chef Jason Reaves Joins The Conche Chocolate & Cake Studio

Jason Reaves, a pastry chef recognized for his work on the Salamander Resort & Spa and appearances on a number of Food Network exhibits, has joined The Conche Chocolate & Cake Studio as the brand new government pastry chef and director of operations.

Reaves, a Leesburg native, labored with Salamander for 18 years, first at Market Salamander after which on the Salamander Resort & Spa when it opened in 2013.
