Trio Linked to Almost $28K in Retail Thefts in Tysons Area

Police arrested two folks and issued warrants for a 3rd believed to be answerable for a sequence of retail thefts totaling almost $28,000 in Fairfax County.

Fairfax County police linked the out-of-state trio to 4 larcenies in 4 months. The first three occurred in Tysons in February, March, and April. The fourth occurred at Fair Oaks Mall and in Tysons on Saturday, May 11. Police discovered stolen merchandise value $15,290 of their car on Saturday. The different thefts ranged from $2,696 in merchandise to $6,026.

Two suspects whom police say pulled off the retail thefts are being held with out bond within the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

Police charged Oscar William Laverde Laverde56, of New York, with 4 counts of grand larceny, 4 counts of conspiracy to commit larceny, 4 counts of larceny with intent to promote, and possession of a burglarious software.

Sindia Noguera, 43, of New Jersey, faces 5 counts of grand larceny, 5 counts of conspiracy to commit larceny, 5 counts of larceny with intent to promote, and possession of a burglarious software.

Detectives obtained warrants for Claudia Suarez, 45, of New York.
