Engineers in Oregon prepare canine robotic to stroll on Moon


The multidisciplinary staff has a two-year $2 million grant to assist Nasa examine the asteroid’s floor. The LASSIE (Legged Autonomous Surface Science in Analog Environments) Project is fashioned by professionals from Nasa, Texas A&M University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Oregon State University, Temple University, and the University of Pennsylvania.
